Reservation and accommodation

We are glad that you have chosen Stela Deluxe Apartments for your holiday. The accommodation rules are listed below, if you have additional questions, please contact us at 0885 403 955.

Booking

You can book your stay via the registration form, which can be found on the page “Reservations”. It is mandatory to enter the dates that you would like to visit our apart-hotel in order to see our available apartments at the moment of your search.

After choosing the desired apartment, please select the correct number of guests who will stay in and the number of children (optional). It is important to fill in the correct contact details – name, e-mail and phone number, as well as the correct payment method – at check-in. 

After you have completed all the steps, you will receive a confirmation message on your e-mail address, which will then allow you to make changes to your reservation up to 14 days before arriving at the apart hotel. 

Check-in time

Check-in takes place no earlier than 15:00 and no later than 22:00, you must bring an ID (ID card or passport). You must notify us in advance of your arrival time by email or telephone.

Check-out time

Departures are done until 12:00. When transmitting the key from the room, a check for damages is mandatory.

Change and cancellation of reservation

The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. The guest will be charged the total amount in case of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival. In the case of non-appearance by the guest, he will have to pay a fee in size of the total amount.

Prepayment is not required.

Payment methods

The available payment method at Stela Delux Apartments is at the cash desk of our apart hotel.

The guest will be able to pay in cash. If the guest wishes to receive an invoice for the stay, he must contact the hotel staff in advance before payment.

Personal data protection

Pursuant to the GDPR, which entered into force on 25 May 2018, Stela.BG has the right to collect personal data such as name, e-mail, telephone number, and the IP address of the visitor and the identifier of the user browser to help detect spam messages; as well as to keep the information gathered for a period necessary for the performance of a service, requested by the client.

When booking and leaving a comment on the site, you automatically agree with City Center Stella Ltd to process and store the personal data you provide in order to fulfill the service you requested. The data you provide is used only for its implementation.

Stela.BG provides no information to third parties and undertakes to keep the information gathered within a timeframe consistent with the Personal Data Protection Ordinance. If you have an account on this site or have left comments on it, you may want to have a file containing all the data we store for you, including data you have provided us with. You may also want to delete the personal data we store for you. However, this does not include data that we are required to store for administrative purposes, for site security purposes, or by law.
